MOST POPULAR ‘YOGA AT WORKPLACE’ TWO WEEKS HOT YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM !
Curriculum:
- Complete understanding and teaching of the 26 postures of classic Hatha Yoga and Pranayama breathing.
- Description of the benefits of each posture.
- Timing of the postures in 90 minutes class and one hour class.
- Anatomy of Yoga: The study of anatomy specifically as it is related to Yoga. This will help you to gain a deeper understanding of what is happening beneath the skin, to prevent from injuries and teach with confident.
- Voice projection with Dialogue: using the voice to inspire students and direct energy and correction. Encourage new students, verbal instruction and voice skills.
- Student-teacher-relationship, how to connect with all students.
- Motivational lectures, the art of Self Confidence and Personality Development.
- Pranayama and Meditation.
- Teaching skills to teach Yoga class in Schools, offices, Health & sports Club, in a Hot Yoga Room, Normal room temperature at Home and in open air or on the Beach
- Visiting Lecturers and Senior Teachers.
NOTE: Trainees will undergo individual evaluation throughout the training.
After successfully completion:
Ceremony for Hand out Certification of Completion
